The purest way to achieve a successful design and construction project is to use the traditional “Three-Legged Stool” approach; Client, Architect and General Contractor. When the Client is new to the design and construction process or does not have the expertise in-house, it is necessary to have an Owner Representative to assist in the myriad of decisions and documentation that must occur.
